Personal data processed
Your name, ID or passport number (for the statutory passenger list), phone, email, journey and seat details, payment transaction data (card data is not stored), location data (vehicle tracking only), camera footage and website usage data.
Purposes and legal grounds
Ticket sales and preparation of the passenger list, journey notifications, ticket change, cancellation and refund processes, lost-property tracking, statutory reporting obligations, security and, with your explicit consent, campaign communication.
Your data is processed on the legal grounds of establishing and performing a contract, complying with legal obligations, legitimate interest and, where required, your explicit consent.
Transfers
Your personal data may be shared only as far as the service requires with business partners, suppliers, legally authorised public bodies and IT service providers. Transfers abroad take place only in line with Article 9 of the KVKK.
Your rights
Under Article 11 of the KVKK you may ask whether your data is processed, request information, ask for correction, deletion or destruction, request restriction of processing, learn which third parties receive your data and object to adverse results of automated analysis.
