About Us

Yolbil Turizm is a family company that began in 1995 with two buses on the İstanbul – Ankara route. Founder Muammer Çınar's principle that 'a passenger should never be alone on the road' has grown into a fleet of 148 vehicles, 62 lines and 1,350 employees. The company holds a D2 authorisation certificate from the Ministry of Transport and Infrastructure and runs all services in line with passenger transport regulations.

Our approach to safety

Every vehicle's mileage and tachograph data flows to the control centre via GPS. Speed is limited to 100 km/h; a cab camera and fatigue detection system monitor the driver's alertness. Our drivers take advanced driving training twice a year and a health screening every six months.

Environment and efficiency

Our entire fleet runs on Euro 6 diesel engines. We monitor fuel consumption with driving analysis software and, through eco-driving training, have cut carbon emissions per vehicle by 11% since 2021. Our target is to start the first electric intercity line by 2030.

We measure customer satisfaction with a post-journey SMS survey. In 2025 the passenger Net Promoter Score (NPS) was 71.

Our people

Of Yolbil's 1,350 employees, 410 are drivers, 130 are hosts and support staff, and 210 work in ticket offices and the call centre. Our drivers have an average of 6.8 years of service. Every year 92% of employees take part in at least one training programme; customer satisfaction targets are a shared performance measure for all teams.
